Do not order this! It is allegedly endorsed by Oprah. You are supposed to be able to cancel within 14 days by e-mail or telephone. The e-mails are returned and there is a recording that gives you a non-existent website when you call the phone number that they provide. Don't do it! It is a scam! I just e-mailed Oprah's people through her website to see if they know anything about it. Other consumers have said that their credit cards were charged because they were unable to cancel. This is definitely a fraud because they make it impossible to cancel within the required timeframe.

I need help I'm trying to cancel any further shipments and can't do so either by phone nor website. This is a REAL SCAM!!!!!

I ordered too and the product I've already lost 5 lbs. If you read the terms, it says the 2 weeks start the day of ordering. I called and they sent me the 2 bottles without the reorder. Said to contact them again should I decide I like it. I just checked my credit card and there is not charge either. I finally find something that works and I may have problems continuing it? Hope not. Their phone message says to go to the website, Healthylivin.biz but that site was cancelled April 2007. I am keeping an eye on my credit card but the product is working!
