Scam Artists!!!!!!!!

I had the same experience. I ordered a bottle for $4.95. I was also given another bottle of some cleanse for another $4.95. Nowhere did I see that I was signing up for anything. About 2 weeks later I get billed $79.95 and $89.95 for these bottles that I already paid 10 bucks for!!!! I called and they won't take it back or refund my money. They are pure and simple crooks!!!! I could buy the same products anywhere else for 10% of the costs that they charge. Please never give your credit card number out without reading all the terms that are hidden on other pages.

Billed for $79.95 less than 2 weeks after trial. Another bill 2 days later for $89.95. I returned both bottles "to sender" upon receipt.

What a scam operation. I have called 3 times and each time, nothing!!!!! I received 2 trial bottles on 11/24 and was billed $4.95 which I was O.K. with, however, I did not see any reference to calling to cancel a subscription, ergo, on 12/09 I was billed $89.95 for a bottle of Greentone which I then immediately returned. On 12/12 I was billed $79.95 for a bottle of Cleanse which I also immediately returned. I am 94, living on a fixed income, obviously susceptible to scams, and can't afford those losses. Shame on them!!!!!! Ellen McIntosh

COMPLETE RIP OFF

I WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE SOME RESEARCH BEFORE I MADE MY ORDER ON THE GREEN TEA PRO SITE! I ORDERED THE TRIAL BOTTLE AND PAID THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE. THEN I NOTICED ON MY BANK ACCOUNT I WAS CHARGED ALMOST $90 FOR A REFILL OF THIS PRODUCT. I CALLED AND TOLD THEM I DID NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT, AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND! THE GUY WAS COMPLETELY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. THE SITE IS A COMPLETE SCAM, IT'S FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND THE PRODUCT DOES NOT EVEN WORK! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE!

False "free trial"offer

i should have read these reviews before i ordered the so called "free trial" I called to cancel and asked the gentelman on the phone if i would be charged anything else and he told me "no u wont because u canceled within the trial time frame" apparently this was not the case i recieved an e-mail from the company that said i had 2 options i could keep the bottle and be charged the full $89.95 or i could send the product back and pay for the return postage...dont know how much that is...or if i will be charged any more after that or not. This company is a joke and just ripping people off Dont fall for the "FREE TRIAL"! not a free trial at all!!

Do not order from this company!! What a total Scam.

They make your first bottle sound like a free trial except(4.95) shipping, then charge $89.95 and continue to send out bottles every month for that outrageous price..

I am going to dispute any and all charges on my credit card, this company should be held accountable. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

Guest

I too have been scammed by them. I should have read the reviews.

I ordered the "Free trial" and got the product and the next day I was billed 89.00 I was under the impression that this was endorsed by Dr. Oz and then I heard Dr. Oz on a radio show stating that he never endorses any product ever.

I emailed my cancelation and we will see if it happens. Please Beware of this Scam.

Guest

same thing happened to me except they told me they would give me a 50.00 refund when they receive the bottles back and that was all they would do all they want is your money and card number we have to keep writing reviews and complain to bbb hopefully learn a lesson and maybe keep someone else from the same rip off scheme for myself i ordered mine at thanksgiving paid all my bills first of Dec was on my way to go shopping checked my bank balance and was shocked to find 89.99 stolen from my account and thats how i view it as stealing i feel they are the grinch who are trying to steal my christmas lesson hard learned not to mention the way they use dr oz to help promote their scam i hope what comes around goes around in the end

Charged without approval SCAM TIME

Like the thousands of other ripped off, unhappy customers, I was suckered into Green Tone Pro. All I wanted was the 2 bottles/30 day supply for the postage and handling. When I saw that they had charged me almost $90 for EACH REFILL I realized what was going on. Thank god for my Amazon credit card. They took off the payments and blocked the merchant from being able to make any more charges to my account. But before it took effect they sent me ANOTHER bottle and charged me $87plus. So I called my CC comp again and had THAT charge disputed and then I called Green Tone to get the address of where to send the pills, as I do not want/need/am taking them and am not paying for it, so I don't want them in my possession. After the operator answered (it sounded like i woke her from a nap) she proceeded to tape the call!!!.....I flat out said for the recording that I was sending back property for which i did not want and was not going to pay for.....it was like pulling teeth getting the return address!!!!....cant wait to wash my hands of these scammers.....

you just wrote exactly what happened to me i couldnt say it any clearer only difference is i ordered at thanksgiving paid all my bills 1st of december was on my way to shop when i checked my bank balance and i too was outraged to find that they had stolen 90.00 from my bank account now after reading your review i find they are gonna try and do it again and again the grinch is gonna try and steal my christmas i hope you see my post so that you know that you gave me a heads up on that thank you dont know if i can stop it at this point but will do my best where are all the lawyers and judges and bbb and consumer advacacy groups to help protect this kind of piracy from continuing this is a new trend that didnt start with this company and will continue as long as they can get away with it

Was supossed to be a free trail for S&H $4.95 but my acct. was charged 89.00 X2

I signed up for a FREE 30 day Trial of Garcina Cambogia extract and Green Tone Pro for $4.95 S&H these people charged me the $4.95 x2 for S&H and $79.95 and $88.95 and then 1 month later shipped me another bottle of the Green tone Pro. I should have known when it came in the mail without and purchase slip to contact the company I was in trouble. I didn't agree to PAY for anything but I was charged twice. This company is obviously crooked and after researching they have tons of complaints against them for there unlawful practices. Such ***! And the product SUCKS to boot, So I was charged without my permission for a worthless product! Lesson learned!

Guest

Wow same thing is happening to me. Ordered a trial bottle for 4.95 plus S&H.

Came in a envelope with no invoice-nothing. I looked them up on internet immediately and then read all the scamming going on and unhappy customers. Wish I would of researched this first.

So guess now I have to battle to have it cancelled. Wow how do people like this get away with this all the time!!!

It shows you before you buy it that it will charge you more money after you purchase the product. You just have to read everything and make sure you really look before you buy.

Wouldn't answer calls or emails to unsubscribe

Continued to charge me 89.95 every month and would not refund money when I called to cancel subscription, in order to get someone on the phone I would sit on hold for several hours. This REALLY pissed me off, because the music that they played made me want to break my phone. This PRODUCT IS *** AND A SCAM, DO NOT BUY..They try to tell you that this will help you lose weight, and feel better about yourself, but it is not FDA approved, it does not make you lose weight, and the side effects vary from person to person, but for me it made me dizzy and tired. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

Don't fall for their scam

I fell for their scam that using their product and Musclefactor X would shed seventeen pounds of fat and add fifteen pounds of muscle and two days later someone tried charging my card for almost $800. Luckily they didn't go through and my credits fine. They called me a few days later asking me for my credit card number, I told them to "*** off." I'm not for sure that this was the reason, but from what I've been reading about this company.. I have a good reason to think so. I had to cancel my card and the bottle of "supplements" are sitting in my basement. I'm not even sure I trust using them.

SCAM - beware!!!!!!!!!

whatEVER you do, STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. They are con merchants - set up solely to rip you off. Below is a copy of my letter to my bank - it will tell you the whole story. Dear Sir On 30th May or thereabouts I ordered a free trial sample of Green Tea Purity and Power Colon Cleanse from Puretea Health and Home Health Store for £3.97 and £3.82 respectively. When I ordered these free products, I expected to pay for the postage and no more. In no way did I knowingly agree to enter into a paid subscription nor was any such subscription made clear at the point of sale. The next thing I know is my card is charged £51.51 on 8th June by a company calling themselves Delivery Star. I received no email or any such notification advising me that my card would be charged this amount. Furthermore, I received no goods from this company for that amount. The only items I received were the two free sample products I initially ordered and paid postage for. I am therefore claiming this amount of £51.51 back owing to non receipt of goods. I then received an email from Puretea Health (sellbucks@***.com) (the name itself should say it all!) advising me that I have now been charged $79.95 for the product received. Only there was no product received. Other than the two free samples which I paid £3.97 and £3.82 postage, I received no further products from this merchant. On 17th June I rang and spoke with Jennifer *** in MBNA Billing Disputes about these unauthorized transactions. After advising her of what had transpired thus far, we agreed I would call back later that day to arrange for a three way conference call between myself, the MBNA agent and this company in question. In the meantime, I emailed the company cancelling any and all subscriptions (see attached) and advising that any further charges made to my card by them would be unauthorized and dealt with accordingly. I rang MBNA later that day and the agent in Billing Disputes made the 3 way conference call as agreed. During this call, my earlier written email confirmation to this company was followed up by verbal notification that any and all subscriptions were to be cancelled with immediate effect and the unauthorized charge of £50.29 ($79.95) was to be refunded. The company agreed to cancel all subscriptions, refund the £50.29 and send me an email confirming this had been done. No such email was received. Despite both written and verbal notification being given to and received and acknowledged by the merchant on 17th June, two subsequent charges were made to my card on 18th June - £50.29 by Quality Health and £52.46 by Delivery Star. I then received a further email (powerclean11@***.com), this time on 21st June notifying me that my account was being charged $85.90 for my subscription – again this after verbal and written confirmation of all subscriptions being cancelled. This merchant is using four company names (that I'm aware of) to conduct these transactions: Delivery Star, Quality Health, Home Health Store and Puretea Health. Having carried out some research on the internet into the company behind Greentea Purity, it is abundantly clear that this merchant has a worldwide reputation for conning and scamming people. The public complaints are consistent, prolific and the same. One can't help but question why MasterCard continues to allow their business. All in all there are three, possibly four unauthorized transactions on my card which I would ask be credited forthwith – 8th June, Delivery Star for £51.51 (goods never received); 18th June, Quality Health £50.29 (charges made despite subscriptions cancelled), 18th June, Delivery Star £52.46 (again post cancellation) and then this final email, dated 21st June advising my account has been charged a further $85.90. What concerns me is that I will be going through this every two weeks even though the merchant has received written and verbal confirmation of all subscriptions being cancelled. I would ask if there's anyway to block such transactions that this be done. Yours sincerely

Became unavailable to me when i needed to cancel and chrgd my account

I was happy to see a product that was backed by Oprah Winfrey. I purchased a 14 day trial of green tea pro 500mg for an a charge of 4.95 s/h only. after the trial if not satisfied cancel so no more charges would be filed. I got the items well into the 14 day trial and I tried to contact someone to let them know the dilemma could not get through. I then decided to just stop trying to complain and just cancel all together and still could not get through. I went to my mail box this morning and there was a familiar pkg. there and I ran inside to check my account and there it was a 84.90 charge. I am still trying to get rid of these people. if anyone can help me please reach out to a sis-ta. P.S. If anybody knows Oprah's number. better give her a call and let her know she's backing some B/S.

Lied twice about refunding cost of unordered tea

I ordered the "free"$14.95 sample and before I had tried it another larger bottle arrived with no information or bill but noting a cost of $84.95 would ensue. A charge then appeared on my credit card. I called them and was told to send back the bottle for credit. I did last April 1st. I am sorry not to have called the card company right away as no credit was ever given. I called again and was given a confirmation number. Later, I called again and was told I was "next in line". After recovering from surgery I am ready to try again and report them to every agency I can think of and to Oprah. (Does she know she's being used?) I have the small sample unused and, since they seem to be cheats, I am afraid to use it. Buyer beware!

Green tea ripped me off.

I too got ripped off by the company with the phone # 866-518-****. I did not order a product from them and they still managed to deduct 89.31 from my checking account today. I immediately called my bank and my card is now inactive and I will be filing a fraud claim against this company. People -- please do not order anything from associated with Green Tea. The official name given to me by my banking institution was DSM/ACAI Green Tea. I tried emailing this bogus company, but it came back as undeliverable. These people are very very bad.
