Still charging my account and it is closed!

I have cancelled my account two months ago and just got another shipment today. They told me that my card would not be charged again and it has been and I have recieved another shipment. I also called the 866-518-**** on the bottles and the number has been disconnected and is no longer in service. This needs resolution immediately! I feel that I have been totally mislead and the company has no reputable means of handling customers. I intend to contact a viable source of television reporting to investigate this company. You would think if Oprah's show endorses this, you could trust the source.

II am pleased to report I got my unsolicited membership cancelled at 1-86*-518-****. Hope this helps others. I got an answer to my call early in morning. I got a conermation number and checked my next bank statement and I was clear of this cheating company. I don't remember how I got this number, but it worked for me, and I know other people were having trouble getting their membership (so called) cancelled and thought if I posted it, there would be some other people helped ou. Be prepared, as the person that answered the phone was not very polite....Thank you

Green Tea Pro! No Refunds!!!! Don't Trust it!!!!

I ordered the trial and canceled the week I received it. I developed a rash around my neck. My doctor recommended I stop using it. GTP agreed to a refund upon return of the product. I returned the product. I called my credit card company to dispute it. I wasn't able to provide the dates, names and other contact information. I replied to the dispute by fax on the last day. The credit card company closed the dispute due to my response being late. GPT states they won't refund the money since they won the dispute! "Buy another product" is what GTP says. "This way you'll have your moneys worth" Loni from GTP stated.

Sent product back, no refund

TeaLifeLLC I recieved two shipments, and sent them back after the original deal. I called them today and was told that they won't refund my money. Mind you they now have the product back and my money. This company is very unprofessional and I am surprised that Oprah continues to endorse them. Maybe we need to all write her producers and get this taken care of. The man I talked to put me on hold and let me sit, after I want to talk to the reps supervisor. Of coarse he just kept mumbling over and over again about no cancelling in the right way. I told him I sent the product back, and he continued to say the same thing over and over again. No refund. I suggest we all email everyone we know and let them know about this company, word of mouth is the best way to stop them. No sales. At a group of consumers we should do this before they take advantage of other persons. Sincerely, Allison Garner

I have finally had some satisfaction in my dealings with the Green Tea people—they refunded my money but only because I complained to the Division of Consumer Protection in Utah—the place they are apparently located. It would be good if all of you who have had dealings with this company would write them and complain- perhaps this scam could be shut down for good.

The address I sent all my information (see my other postings to see what information I collected) to was: State of Utah, Division of Consumer Protection, Department of Commerce, PO box 146704, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Ut. 84114-**** ph. (801)530-****. You can contact me directly if you would to hear more about what I did to get this company noticed by authorities: danettemb @ comcast.

I also received green tea pro and colon cleanse before the 14 days was up 2 larger bottles came in the mail but before that they took my money of $84.90 first. I tried calling the number located on the bottles, no response.

Said to leave message but message box is full. This is a bogus spam. I want a full refund and a corrected number so I can cancel.

I called 866-518-**** and also 866-660-****, no answer, just voice mail. Can someone please help me or instruct me what to do

Guest

UPDATE: Filed a dispute and greentea claims that I did not cancel within the dates on the Terms and Agreement button. As a result VISA has denied my dsipute and will not refund my money.

I did cancel in time and explained this to them but once they deny a claim, they will not reopen. I am going to other forums to tell EVERONE to stay away from this company and to FIGHT BACK!

Man I spent all day trying to stop them from billin my credit card. I called this number 1-80*-***-**** got someone.

They are so rude, but told me they will not charge.

We will see.. Good Luck.

Guest

SAME thing happened to me- trial size was shipped - i paid shipping and handling, then shortly after i received two larger bottles and was charged 84.90. I had to cancel my card and have tried to contact someone @ Green Tea Pro, but as you all know- no response-

Still dealing with Green Tea LLC. They continue to stall.

I recommend writing the Consumer Fraud division of Nevada. I am also going to file a complaint with my bank-- they will dispute the charges.

DBaltzer B

The email address I typed in my previous entry does not show up and says it is protected by Java script so I will retype it: support(at)advancedgreentea(dot)com or support (@) advancegreentea (.) com. Don't leave any spaces.

Don't expect anything helpful however. I am calling my bank to dispute the charges and I am planning on contacting the consumer fraud division of Nevada's attorney general as that is where I sent the package too.

DBaltzer B

More on GreenTeaPro /Advanced Green Tea/Greentea LLC. I called and canceled the moment I received the second package and received the number to put with the product.

No refund. I found the website on Google in the name of Advanced Green Tea and finally found a email address: support@***.com I wrote and received a ridiculous response saying they needed to know my name, product and address. I RESENT all that info and there is still no refund, no response. I finally rewrote today and received an extremely rude answer AGAIN saying I had not sent it back within the two week time period.

Are they saying the 2 weeks begins from the moment you order??? That is unbelievable!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are using every method possible to scam people.

Guest

The number is 801-523-**** to Green Tea Pro. I had the same experience with Green Tea Pro

Guest

I keep trying to put up the email address, but somehow this greivance site keeps removing it. I will try to write it a different way. Their email site is greentea (then add an at sign)live (then add a period) com.

I hope you all understand what I wrote.

It did NOTHING!! Read the fine print people!!!

This is for the people who complained about charges to their bank account for what they thought they were getting as a "free trial". Don't you read the fine print on things you are ordering online?? Do you blindly order thinking "Wow! this is a good deal". WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! If it seems too good to be true, It ALWAYS IS!!! Would you sign for a car loan without reading the contract? I ordered my "free trial" and I was in fully aware of the stipulations. I don't have any complaints about this company, only it's ignorant customers!

Beware of Green Tea, LLC

I am being charged for products (84.90) that I did not give authorization to receive nor give authrization to charge my bank account. I receive the products without even an invoice. There is no information for me to contact the company. How can this happen. This is a scam and people should be aware. Not sure of the authentication of the product. Not sure if this product is healthy for me to tak. The manufacturere os the product ships via USPS first class mail with no invoice. What made me so pissed is that my bank paid the fee and I did not have sufficient fund to cover. I was charge a overdraft transaction fee for something I did not authorize. This is a scam. Buyers beware.

I too was scam by Green Tea Pro. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and if I have not refunded my money, I think a Class Action Suit should be filed for by all of us. I am tired of being ripped off and I am not taking it any more. Anyone with me. Let's see how to fight back, I have never spoken with not one person and like everyone else the voicemail is full. I don't see how this can happen over and over again and no one gets just. Maybe we should start with Oprah.

Greentea Pro is ripoff.

Beware of greentea pro advertisements for free sample. Every month after they will bill you $89.40 . They cannot becontacted by telephone or the internet. They even (fraudulently, I'm sure) mention Opra Winfry. Last month I got through to a phone number that sent me to a website. The website was no good. I have read other peoples complains and they all read the same. My next step is going to be to try contacting Utah's better business. Maybe they can do something about crooked people like the likes of these. At $89.40 a month per customer. they must be doing quite well.

Stop trying, they don't exist, I've tried everything, try this.

I've tried all of the numbers listed on this site and all I get is that recording that says mailbox is full. I called my bank and told them about it before the $84 was charged and they say they are able to put an "ACH hold" on my account to prevent them from going into my account ever. The fee for it was $27 but it is worth it. I tried 186*-660-****, first I asked the rep if his company sold Thin and Slim AM PM and he said yes but when I told him I wanted to cancel my order, he said they don't sell that product. 1-86*-518-**** they said they sold Thin and Slim, but not the AM PM version and that the problem company is based out of Vegas and that he gets dozens of calls each day about this company, he gave me 1-86*-924-**** which brought me back to square one. Bottom line, get your bank involved, they can even send you a form to give them permission to investigate the matter, they'll probably get further than you or I. Good luck!

This company is a huge fraud and they are getting away with it because we have a system/government that truly does not oversee these matters, they just set up safeguards for illegal companies to set up scams. Write Nevada's Attorney General Consumer Fraud division.

Copy emails (don't call them! You need documentation!), print off your bank statement with dates and note contact times.

Contact your credit cards and banks but make sure you have the documentation to back up your claims EVEN IF THEY DON'T ASK YOU FOR IT. Greentea will try to make it sound like you are the one who is backing out of the agreement.

Green Tea Pro it's a scam sending pills not ordered

After seeing the show on Ophra show about the Green Tea Pro diet, I ordered the free sample, $4.95 shipping and handling fee. I know sooner received the pills when two bottles of pills arrived which I did not order. I tried to call the company, was put on hold and no one ever answered my call. I called my Bank of America visa card holder explained to them what had happened, was told told to send them back and keep the receipt,I did. Now I have been billed 84.50 on my Visa and they told me I had 15 days to deny the order and since I didn't I'm stuck with the charges. How can you cancel an order if you can't reach the company. This was obviously a rip off, so what can a person do. My advise is never order a freebie or you probably will be very sorry. Gloria in Ga.

Stopping the order on Green Tea,LLC

I have finally found a number to cancel my order for Green Tea, LLC. 702-289-**** per the voice message that answered it was called Packing Customer Support, push option 2. I told them I was returning the last package unopened and to credit my credit card. I was informed there is a return charge on all items returned and I would be credited for $60.00 out of the $84.90. When they send their product it comes in an envelope with no paper inside with their billing info so there is no way to contact them. You go to their web site there is no number to contact them, you e- mail with no response. It should't be so hard to cancel an order. Sandy

I have tried to cancel my order from day one. First I received the product 14 days after requesting the free-trial.

Then they shipped another package because they had not heard from me w/i those first 14 days that I never had the product. It was also shipped from China. I have no contact info for them but the email confirmation of shipping which they respond on 1 week after receiving and say its cancelled then never refund the amount promised and resend more going round and round.

Anyone have any luck cancelling this product? If you call the number mentioned on the above blog do you get charged an arm and a leg for the call?

ENDORSED BY OPRAH!!?!?!?

Why would anyone want a weight loss product endorsed by OPRAH!!!? She wouldn't know, I mean really, look at her. As a nutritionist if you want a green tea product that actually works, and works well, I lost 25 lbs of fat and am now at 12% body fat, try eliteblends.com. They are honest about health and nutrition, the have a chocolate weight loss product that curbs appetite, I'm not a fan of that because I think eating is an important part of loosing weight, but their TEA DRINK IS PHENOMENAL. It's got about 25x's the amount of antioxidants as regular green tea. But Oprah wouldn't endorse them because they haven't paid her to. ha

I have tried for four months to contact this company. The Voice Mail box is full and when I select that I want to speak with a customer service representative, I am disconnected. Returning product does not stop the credit card charges nor the continued monthly delivery. I finally contacted my credit card company who is disputing the charges and blocking this company from charging on my card. I too believe that this is a fraudulent company. The actual vendor is in Utah and the product is drop shipped from Las Vegas. Las Vegas is only the distributor but I have also written to them.
