Same thing happened to me too! When I called my credit card to dispute it as fraud, they said they could not dispute it because it sounds like I signed up for a service and I did actually receive the product.
They said if I can't get a hold of them to cancel then I will have to cancel my card and get a new card re-issued. I also asked if I can not allow this company to charge me in the future in case I can't get a hold of them. They said this too would be a problem because they needed to know what day the charge will go through but since they aren't consistant on when they are charging us, I can't stop it in the future either!
Big time scam and it looks like they've covered all their bases to make money off of us!!!
